Report: Tiger Woods' Wife Caused His "Crash" Injuries?

In the early Friday post on the Tiger Woods accident, we noted that it was "somewhat unusual" that Tiger Woods' wife "rescued" her husband from his crashed SUV by smashing the back window with a golf club. At 3am. Can't say this wasn't expected: TMZ reports Woods did not suffer facial lacerations from the accident and they were inflicted by wife Elin Nordegren.

Tiger has yet to be formally interviewed by the Florida Highway Patrol--that should happen this afternoon. But we're told Tiger had a conversation Friday--with a non-law enforcement type--detailing what went down before his Escalade hit a fire hydrant. We're told he said his wife had confronted him about reports that he was seeing another woman. The argument got heated and, according to our source, she scratched his face up. We're told it was then Woods beat a hasty retreat for his SUV--but according to our source, Woods says his wife followed behind with a golf club. As Tiger drove away, she struck the vehicle several times with the club. We're told Woods became "distracted," thought the vehicle was stopped, and looked to see what had happened. At that point the SUV hit the fire hydrant and then hit a tree

The accident capped a rough week for Woods, who is on the front page of this week's Enquirer and Star under the headline "Tiger Woods Cheating Scandal." The tabloids claim Woods is/was having an affair with a former Manhattan party planner previously linked to married television star David Boreanaz..

This is a "Richard Pryor Moment" for Tiger Woods and his family. They look like a bunch of "Crackheads" because the story just doesn't add up. He got "Booed" at Stanford? When he goes home to Florida he wrecks a caddy? How many endorsements does Tiger get from his driving abilities? Maybe he's switching to a Volvo? Maybe he's switching partners? Everybody wants to hear Tiger's Richard Pryor explaination for in and out of consiousness. Did she hit him with that 9 iron?

Tiger Woods, he's done everything he can to reduce and diminish his Blackness. He's not Black, He's "Cablacanasian" or whatever the F he says he is. And of course he marries the global trophy, the blond white woman! Funny how this incident screams "ghetto" all over it. Woods is straight up ghetto with this mess, trying to have a chick on the side and in this day and age didn't think it would be found out? And, if those lips were bloody like most reports claim, the clean up must have took more than a minute since they are not white or Asain lips! Guess the idea of the passive white chick didn't pan out LOL, got a soul sister beat down, and, in the street no less, just like the Tyrone and Shenaqua from the corner he despises! There is no defense for getting violent with someone except in self defense. I hate adultery and was a victim of it myslef and I did not resort to violence. I have no problem with this woman taking all tiger's money in court and I don't mind him losing endorsements for cheating, but this woman souns like the kind of psycho that might turn on the children to get back at Mr. Woods. Her blond butt needs to see the inside of a prison cell asap.

I had no idea there were so many Tiger Haters!! This whole story in the media is snow balling to the point of no return. Everyone has their take on it from beat down to just plain old unfortunate accident. Hopefully, we will eventually get the real story. Clean up your act Tiger. Woods does NOT take ownership of his in your face blackness, he denies it, or claims its less that .001% of his being and its hilarious for these posters to say otherwise. I think its great that mixed raced folks own up to the fact that they are of two backgrounds as it makes no sense to deny your mother or father, although, in the USA, if any of its black, black is what, no matter how much some don't ant to say its true. The one drop rule still rules and always will, but, only when it comes to black blood. Woods is disdained by many in the black community as he dismisses it, as any simple google search will show, and, even his Pop's earl, tried to downplay his blackness. I don't give blacks with color issues a pass, just like whites don't view Woods as half Asian and certainly not white. In the real world, what people see you as is what they label you as, so, sorry, the rose colored glasses don't apply with this case, or his good old fashioned beating from his white wife. You "Tiger ain't black enough" crew are friggin' crazy. Woods is a quarter black and the only time I hear the "one-drop rule" being tossed about is by black people. Luckily for him you don't get to define him. He also doesn't owe you people anything. Self-hating black man? He's not even black by any definition. He's more Southeast Asian than black or white and his skin color is in keeping with his Southeast Asian heritage. Let me get this straight. You want to denounce Tiger Woods because he is not "BLACK" enough? and that he married a White woman? Seriously... step back, doesn't that just sound crazy? You do realize that Tiger and the PGA have a program set up for inner city kids? Where not only does Tiger put in millions of dollars into this program but also a great deal of his time. That he also has a housing program set up for single mothers in the Orlando area ... most of whom are african american. Not to mention the countless charities he donates to and promotes with is image. It's sad to see the first thing the black community does in a situation like this is judge a man by his skin color and his wife's skin color.

I see primative racism is still alive, not just for many whites, but for many of my fellow blacks posting ignorrant comments here. The incodent has nothing to do with a interacial relationship or she being white. It has everything to do with being fathful to your spouse. When cheating occurs in a marriage, it is the ultimate betrayal. Ladies, if the shoes was on your foot, there's a very good chance you would snap and do the same thing. It's not uncommon for worse reactions than that to occur (ie getting shot, stabbed or Lorena Bobbit justice). And by law in many places, it is an understandable 'crime of passion'. If you had just brought two beautiful kids into the world for your man, you treated him good, and were loyal to him would you expect you man to be running around with different women behind your back? So at the end of the day, it's all about right and wrong and payback. STEFANY, sound like you have some serious personal issues to get help with. I suggest you call Dr. Laura first thing in the morning. Referring to Jordan as 'monkey' Jordan? Try to be a little more racist with your nicknames. Secondly his wife was not white. His choice of a marriage partner could not matter less to me. What does matter is that he has been exposed as a serial adulterer, and he would have been just as quick to disrespect a black wife as he has already done to his white wife. His propensity for cheating would have done any wife a disservice, whether she was black, white, or Asian. As for denying he is black, he honors all aspects of his heritage. I know he loved his father, and he was devastated by his death. In this country, we like to put people in nice, neat boxes. But looking at people in such a simplistic way keeps us from totally appreciating who they really are. And I say this as a black woman. I don't feel any more or less connected to him than I did before all this came to light. But I had a pretty good opinion of him before he showed his selfishness, short-sightedness, and stupidity in risking all that he values from his marriage. These women who are coming out of the woodwork are no better, because 15 minutes of fame and possibly money are more important to them than the fact that they are contributing to the possible destruction of a family. So, all told, what I feel for him is head-shaking disbelief at the stupidity that led him to place himself in this position.

The wife could have killed him, but he seems to be doing a good job of sabotaging his own career, with the help of a number of women coming out of the woodwork to claim affairs with him. He has already lost some of his endorsements, and I suspect that he will probably lose more in the foreseeable future. There are men and women who run around, but with maturity they learn that's not the way to go. She could have thought he would settle down, and she wouldn't be the first woman to make that kind of mistake in judgment. A lot of people want badly to believe, so they overlook signs that are a red flag. Just the same, he was dead wrong, and he put everything he values at risk--including his career, his marriage, and his reputation.

I think the wife is violent. Smashing the car while he is driving off. If she kills him or destroys his career, she gets nothing. She needs to be smart. She could be an overpriced nanny I suppose.
